2.WHAT IS ARTISTIC LANDSCAPE DESIGN / OUTDOOR VISUAL DESIGN?
Landscaping has a wide variety of meanings to different people. While all of us need our grass cut and our shrubs maintained, Outdoor Visual Design helps create the look and feel of a property. It pays attention to the details, using depth, texture, height and color to create a design that makes an outdoor space stand out. It gives inspiration and rest to visitors. 3.WHAT DOES YOUR CONSULTATION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Great question! First, we try to hear from our clients what is in their dreams for their space. While some people are quite sure of what they want, many just give us some simple parameters. Once we have a basic idea, we can put together a plan that involves inspiration pictures and detail of what we plan to do. The client can be as involved in the process as they want. Once they approve the design, we handle all of the work to source plants and materials, organize any other specialized contractors (for example: hardscape or outdoor kitchen work), and implement their project. One thing that makes us distinct is the amount of creativity that goes into the implementation phase of the project. Our day-of process is very artistic, and we work with the plants in the space to create a natural look and feel. Our staff is trained with an eye for detail, and we are not satisfied until our client is!
4.DO YOU SERVE BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING CLIENTS?
Absolutely! We take care of residences, but also high profile show properties, restaurants, doctors’ offices, commercial property management firms, and AirBnBs! We thrive off of making Waco beautiful!
5.HOW DO MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS WORK?
Because we have clients with all kinds of needs, we have three levels of maintenance contracts that offer flexible commitments. You are not locked into a long term contract, and you can always “try us out” for a month or two.
6.ARE YOUR SERVICES EXPENSIVE?
We believe that our services are extremely affordable, especially considering the level of service you get. We go the extra mile to really take care of our clients and it shows!
