Our goal is not only to restore natural spaces but to restore lives.
At Noonday, we cultivate a trauma-informed, healing, and therapeutic work environment. Being outside and working in creation is inherently beneficial to mental health, yet there’s more to our vision and purpose. We take all of our employees through an intentional, restorative work process that supports emotional health and whole relationships. We foster a safe space for people of all backgrounds, intertwining trauma-informed practices into our everyday work life.
How we’re building up our city
We want to bring the benefits of a beautiful space to every corner of Waco, including areas that may have experienced neglect in the past. We believe that natural beauty should not be reserved for the backyards of a few, but easily accessible to the community as a whole.
Finally, a big part of our vision is to help businesses be the best they can be. If we can contribute to them becoming even more desirable and beautiful to the people of Waco, then our hope is that we can boost economic opportunity in our city.

Our owner
Rebekah became a lover of plants as a child watching her grandmother working in her garden. Rebekah always decorated her spaces with plant life but began to do it professionally when she was hired to work with Magnolia in 2016. She worked to build and lead a team that could install and care for the outdoor design of the Magnolia properties. Noonday was birthed in 2020 with the desire
to take the skilled artistry Rebekah had learned at Magnolia and spread it throughout the Central Texas area.
Through her own life experiences and personal growth through struggle, she has a fervent passion for post-traumatic growth and wants to help others find resilience in the face of difficult circumstances. Today, she is a mentor and leader of many. Her talent for natural art and her heart for others has brought her to build Noonday into what it is today.
